Overview

Pleadit™ is a local-first application. Your client data, case information, and documents are stored entirely on your computer—never on our servers. We have no ability to access your work product.

Information We Collect

We collect your email address for license management and account communications. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We also collect a machine identifier for license activation.

We do not collect any client data, case information, documents, court forms, or evidence you create or upload. All of this stays on your computer.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and manage your software license, process payments, and send transactional emails such as receipts and subscription updates. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data Security

Your case data is stored locally on your computer. All communications with our servers use HTTPS encryption. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at hello@pleadit.app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
